Dogo Onsen zählt mit 3.000 Jahren zu Japans ältesten Thermen. Das dreistöckige Holzgebäude Dogo Onsen Honkan von 1894 ist ein Wichtiges Kulturgut und eines der Vorbilder für das Bad in „Chihiros Reise ins Zauberland'. Die abendliche Beleuchtung ist magisch.
