رصدخانه کیروسان در ارتفاع ۳۰۷ متر در جزیره اوشیما (ایمابارای) یک سکوی رصد است که در زمین ادغام شده و توسط کنگو کوما طراحی شده است. منظره هوایی از پل کوروشیما-کایکیو و جزایر دریای داخلی ارائه میدهد. غروب آفتاب و ساعت آبی بهویژه معروف هستند.
