توفوکو-جی، معبد اصلی ذن رینزای، تأسیس ۱۲۳۶، در میان مشهورترین مکانهای برگ پاییزی کیوتو است. منظره از پل تسوتن-کیو روی دریایی از ۲۰۰۰ افرا، پاییز ژاپنی را تعریف میکند. سرسبزی تازه اوایل تابستان به همان اندازه طراوتبخش است.
