Yufuin, Yufu Dağı ile süslenmiş yüksek dağ onsen kasabasıdır. Yunotsubo-kaido, Kinrin gölü, sabah sisiyle sokak sahneleri ve dingin orman sanat alanları Beppu'ya sessiz bir alternatif sunar. Sonbahar-kış şafak vakti Kinrin gölü üzerindeki sis mutlaka çekilmelidir.
