Das Dorf Achi in Nagano ist vom Umweltministerium als «sternenreichster Himmel Japans» zertifiziert. Die Nachttour «Tenku no Rakuen» fährt mit einer Gondel auf das Fujimidai-Hochland in 1.400 m Höhe, wo der lichtverschmutzungsfreie Himmel sich mit Sternen füllt.
