Chichibugahama est une plage large et peu profonde à Mitoyo. À marée basse, les flaques reflètent le coucher de soleil, valant à l'endroit le surnom « salar d'Uyuni japonais ». Par nuit calme, ciel et silhouettes apparaissent comme un miroir parfait sur le sable humide.
