L'osservatorio del monte Asama, nel Parco Nazionale Ise-Shima, è il punto più alto a 555 m. Nei giorni sereni offre viste panoramiche sulla baia di Ise, sul monte Fuji e sulla baia di Toba da 800 m sul livello del mare. Una «Buca delle Lettere Celeste» e pediluvio.
