Asama-bergets observatorium, i Ise-Shima nationalpark, är regionens högsta punkt på 555 m. Klara dagar erbjuder den panoramautsikt över Ise-viken, Fuji-berget och Toba-viken från 800 m över havet. Det finns en «Himmelsbrevlåda» och fotbad.

- Kongoshoji Temple — founded in the Heian period, the «inner sanctuary» of Ise Jingu; the Edo-period main hall was built by master shrine carpenters
- Foot Bath — beside the summit restaurant, free to use while gazing over Ise Bay; especially memorable in winter
- Ise-Shima Skyline — a 16.3 km scenic drive opened in 1964, with cherry blossoms, fresh green, and autumn colors across the seasons
