Mie's pruimenboomgaarden (inclusief het Yuki-heiligdom in de stad Tsu) zijn beroemd om vroege lentepruimenbloesems in februari en maart. Rode, witte en huilende pruimen bloeien samen met de mistige Ise-baai en bergen op de achtergrond, lente aankondigend.
