Katsurahama là bãi biển Thái Bình Dương được ca ngợi trong thơ cổ điển như nơi ngắm trăng. Sỏi năm màu, sóng của dòng Kuroshio và tượng Sakamoto Ryoma cao 5,3m (dựng năm 1928) làm nó trở nên biểu tượng. Khu vực là Công viên Katsurahama, với thủy cung và bảo tàng Ryoma.

- Katsurahama Aquarium — opened in 1931; with a Pacific Ocean backdrop, the show stadium photographs spectacularly
