Dogo Onsen est l'un des plus anciens onsen du Japon (3 000 ans). Le bâtiment en bois à trois étages de 1894, Dogo Onsen Honkan, est Bien Culturel Important et l'un des modèles du bain du « Voyage de Chihiro ». L'illumination nocturne est magique.
