Dogo Onsen è una delle più antiche sorgenti termali del Giappone (3.000 anni). L'edificio in legno a tre piani del 1894, Dogo Onsen Honkan, è Bene Culturale Importante e uno dei modelli del bagno de «La Città Incantata». L'illuminazione notturna è magica.
