קאצורהאמה הוא חוף על האוקיינוס השקט שמצוטט בשירה הקלאסית כמקום לצפייה בירח. חלוקי נחל בחמישה צבעים, גלי זרם הקורושיו ופסל סקאמוטו ריומה בגובה 5.3 מ' (הוקם 1928) הופכים אותו לאיקוני. האזור הוא פארק קאצורהאמה, עם אקווריום ומוזיאון ריומה.
