Katsurahama è una spiaggia del Pacifico celebrata nella poesia classica come luogo di osservazione della luna. Sassi di cinque colori, onde della corrente Kuroshio e la statua di 5,3 m di Sakamoto Ryoma (eretta nel 1928) la rendono iconica. L'area è il Parco Katsurahama, con acquario e museo Ryoma.
