Katsurahama, klasik şiirde ay gözlem yeri olarak kutlanan bir Pasifik plajıdır. Beş renkli çakıllar, Kuroshio akıntısının dalgaları ve 5,3 m'lik Sakamoto Ryoma heykeli (1928'de dikildi) onu ikonik kılar. Alan, akvaryum ve Ryoma Müzesi'ne sahip Katsurahama Parkı'dır.
